How Our Network Works
Request an estimate

Who Picks Up the Phone
When you send a request or make a call, you are routed to an independent coating provider in the network. That provider is a local business, not Deputycompeting Floor Coating. They will talk with you about your floor and, if it fits, schedule a look at the job. Calls are answered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider price the job fairly.
- Where is the floor: garage, basement, patio or workshop?
- About how many square feet is it?
- Is there old paint, sealer, oil staining or moisture?
- Do you see cracks, pits or flaking?
- When would you like the work done, and what is your weekly routine?
Photos can speed things up. Honest answers lead to a quote that is closer to the final bill.
Questions to Put to a Provider
A good quote is specific. Ask these before you agree to anything:
- What prep is included, and is the floor ground or etched?
- Which coating system will be used, and how many layers?
- How are cracks and pits repaired, and is that priced separately?
- How many days until I can walk on it, and until I can park on it?
- Is the quote written, itemized and dated?
- What does the warranty cover, in writing?
Read the quote line by line. If two quotes differ a lot, the gap is usually in the prep.
The Decision Is Yours
No one in the network can make you sign. You can take a quote home, compare it with another, and think it over. Typical U.S. prices for coated floors vary widely by size, condition and system, so a written number for your own slab matters more than any average.
