Homeowners who contact Deputycompeting Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Deputycompeting Floor Coating went
  • How we handled or protected your personal data
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Deputycompeting Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@deputycompeting.surf and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into the matter, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
